What it fixes

  • Drinking water you don't have to buy by the bottle
  • Better-tasting coffee, ice and cooking water
  • Quick filter changes with no tools

How it works

Water is pushed through a very fine membrane that holds back most dissolved solids, with carbon stages before and after. The filtered water goes to its own faucet. Like every RO system, it sends some water to the drain while it filters.

What's included

  • Tankless under-sink RO with two quick-change cartridges
  • Dedicated drinking-water faucet
  • Filter protection valve and leak-detector shutoff
  • Installation, setup and walkthrough
  • Part of our Complete Home package; kitchen-only installs are quoted separately

Care

Change the prefilter about every 6 months and the membrane every 1 to 3 years, depending on your water and use. Each change takes a minute. We can do it for you on a service visit.

Common questions

Do I need a softener too?

Not required, but softened water helps the RO filters last longer. That's why Complete Home pairs them.

Does it need electricity?

Yes, the tankless unit needs an outlet under the sink. If there isn't one, an electrician adds it and that's quoted separately.

What does it remove?

It depends on the exact model and its certification. We give you the model's documented performance in writing with your quote.

Not sure what you need? The water test is free.

We test your water at the tap, check your plumbing and tell you what fits, with no obligation to buy.

Results depend on your water, household use and maintenance. Any performance or certification claim applies only to the specific model in your written quote. Field water tests help choose equipment; they don't show whether water is safe to drink.
