Information on the site
Prices shown are starting prices. Your price, equipment and scope are set only in a written quote and signed agreement. Educational content is general information, not a water-safety determination; only appropriate laboratory testing can show whether water is safe to drink.
Bookings
Booking a free water test or an installation day reserves a time; it isn't a purchase. We may need to reschedule for weather, safety, equipment or staffing, and will contact you if so. Service is limited to our posted service area.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in private and tell us about any unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity in your account. You may delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
Electronic signatures
If you agree to sign electronically, your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. Your signed agreement's own terms, including any right to cancel, govern your purchase.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, see our SMS Terms. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.
Acceptable use
Don't submit false information, interfere with the site, scrape it, or try to reach anyone else's records.
Chat assistant
The website assistant gives general answers from our approved information and can be wrong. Confirm anything important with our staff.
