Service scope
A service visit may include diagnostics, inspection, filter replacement, sanitizing, media planning, valve service, repair, maintenance or warranty coordination, as described in your work order.
Pricing
We tell you the price, or how it will be calculated, before any paid work starts. Warranty work is covered as described in our Limited Workmanship Warranty.
Existing equipment
We service equipment installed by others only when the model, parts availability, condition and safety allow us to support it responsibly.
