Installation Terms
What to expect from an installation, and how licensed work, permits and site conditions are handled.

Your agreement controls
Every installation is defined by your signed installation agreement: the equipment, the work included and excluded, the price, payment terms and warranty. These terms summarize how we work; your agreement governs.
Licensed work and permits
Plumbing connections are made by or under the supervision of a Texas-licensed plumber, and we obtain any permit or inspection your city, county or utility requires.
Homes on septic systems
For homes with an on-site sewage facility, we install softeners with demand-initiated regeneration and the installer label Texas rules require, and route the discharge as those rules allow.
Site conditions and changes
If we find conditions that couldn't reasonably be seen before installation, such as damaged or inaccessible plumbing or code-required upgrades, we explain them and get your written approval before any added work or cost.
Access and timing
Please provide access to the installation location, the main water line, a drain and an electrical outlet. Water is off for part of the visit. We don't schedule installation until any cancellation period in your agreement has ended.
