Consent
Customers should affirmatively consent before receiving automated or recurring marketing text messages. Transactional messages related to an active inquiry, quote, appointment or service should follow the final consent model.
Message frequency and fees
Final terms should state expected message frequency, that message/data rates may apply, STOP/HELP handling, carrier disclaimers and contact information.
