Scope of work
The signed quote or service agreement should define equipment, included labor, add-ons, exclusions and any approved change orders.
Site conditions
Hidden plumbing conditions, inaccessible drains, electrical work, trenching, code requirements, hazardous conditions or customer-requested scope changes may require additional approval and pricing.
Licensed work
Final terms must accurately describe which entity performs regulated plumbing work and include required Texas/local licensing disclosures after that structure is verified.
